Based on the recent changes in the trend on how China's enterprises going global in the past two years, particularly in light of the few overseas acquisitions that have just happened this year, ANBOUND’s research team is of the view that, the China’s enterprises has entered into a new phase, i.e. when acquiring the strategic industry, Chinese enterprises have decided to use large investment to either hold or acquire the world’s leading companies.

Such mode of acquisition is not only difficult but often comes with huge resistance, the questions such as the docking with domestic industry after the completion of acquisition, the promotion and upgrading of the domestic industry and techniques are the difficult questions challenging the Chinese enterprises.
