The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has released the list of first batch of enterprises with poor production capacity whereby it involves 19 industries, including cooper smelting and alumina. It indicates that China is putting more effort into promoting structural adjustment and solving the issue of excessive production capacity.
