In recent years, the Ministry of Finance and the related departments have been actively exploring the public-private-partnership funding (PPP) model that is suitable to our country. Currently, China has approved 223 PPP projects worth 814.6 billion yuan.

However, the so called PPP investment of over 800 billion yuan looks grand in terms of its scale, they are not the actual on-going investment that is happening in reality.

How many of these projects can be turned into real investment? How many of the private investment are taking part as wished by the government? It is not optimistic.
