Focus of the Financial Policy, Shifting From Easing Measure to Market Oriented Reform

The problem with China’s financial market is more than just about the monetary policy. While maintaining the relatively loose monetary policy, the focus of China’s financial policy should shift towards the market-oriented reform and get rid of the hurdles and obstacles brought by the relatively closed market so as to enhance the efficiency of the monetary policy and the efficient allocation of financial resources.
