"The Three Increases" Highlight the Problems of Food Safety Perception
ANBOUND
Anbound's research team is of the view that the increase in the volume of food production, storage and import (collectively known as "the three increases") have highlighted that the traditional view on China’s food safety have led to the high cost.
Anbound have always advocated that the food safety problem should be solved by building the market system.
More importantly, the measures taken to ensure the food safety in China have sabotaged the effectiveness of the domestic food market and increase the financial cost and environmental cost tremendously.
The lack of the market system has in turn losing the incentive to build the system for the agriculture industry and causing even more problems.
