Anbound's scholars point out that in order to develop the tourism industry, local government should adjust their mindset. Firstly, they should attract the tourists to stay. Secondly, they should extend the tourism industry chain and enhance the value chain. Thirdly they should place greater importance on the multiplying effect of tourism.

The industrial development under the new normal should adopt new mindset, in addition to taking actions that suit local circumstances, the local government should also be innovative and adapt itself to the future market trend.
