Chan Kung: China Should Devise Its International Refugee Policy

The world is experiencing an unprecedented refugee situation, taking Europe as an example; Europe which used to be peaceful is now facing the most severe refugee crisis since World War Two.
Anbound's chief researcher, Chan Kung, suggests that China should establish its own international refugee policy, including the standards, resettlements, employment, education, living, health care etc. to absorb some of the young middle class international refugee to China and to relax its immigration policy to certain extent.
