One of the most important strategic targets of the Thirteenth National Five-year Plan is to create a well-off society, which depends on poverty reducing in villages. According to Anbound's scholars, China’s poverty reducing policies have achieved a lot, and after the establishment of well-off society the poverty reducing policy will experience huge change, and will be focusing on targeted poverty alleviation, hematopoietic poverty alleviation and project-based poverty alleviation, and will be more precise, efficient and proactive.
