Beijing's Core Urban Area Should Develop As " Control Center For Value"

The integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei sets a whole new requirement on Beijing's development.
Anbound’s scholars propose that in the future, the development direction of the Beijing should be set towards becoming the "control center for value".
In other words, Beijing should focus on developing industries at the high end of the value chain, attracting top organization controlling the resource allocation (such as headquarters), attracting high-value components (such as funding) and high –end talent.
If we look at the development of the city globally, most of the dominant industries in the urban area of the world class city share the common feature of being the “control center for value”
