Firstly, the development of agricultural industrial chains, to enhance the value chain, and to promote product development and processing of agriculture products.

Secondly, the diversification of agriculture by combining it with cultivation, tourism, health industry and others and to form integrated industries and rural areas.

Thirdly, farming should be done professionally and large scale farming should be encouraged by the agricultural cooperatives, the use of large scaled and professional farming to enhance the efficiency of the farming activities so that the surplus labour can be used in other industries to increase the farmer’s income.
