The launching of taxi-hailing app Didi Kuaidi, the first legal app of its kind by the Shanghai Government is an experimenting plan of incorporating the service to mainstream economy. Anbound scholars suggest that this is worth to be replicated by other cities in China. The government should learn to accept, tolerate and compromise spontaneous innovations under the trend of marketization; else it would become a futile struggle against the trend of marketization.
