In view of the increased downward pressure on macro economy, the pressure on achieving steady local growth is mounting, therefore, the central government has loosen its restriction on policy concerning local government financing vehicles (LGFVs) and has allowed LGFVs to continue provide finance to the ongoing projects.

Anbound's research team point out that although the restriction on the policy has been relaxed, the concerns on the creditworthiness of LGFVs might affect their ability to finance.
