ANBOUND: The Effects of Oversupply of Houses in Third and Fourth-tier Cities Might Last For Ten Year
ANBOUND

Currently, in China's third and fourth-tier cities, there is a severe oversupply in the housing market. Anbound’s research team is of the view that following the increased downward pressure on China’s economy and the growing ageing population, the negative effects on the third and fourth-tier cities, arising from the oversupply in the housing market might take ten years to diminish. In the future, it cannot be ruled out that the inability to off-load the house might cause some of the third and fourth-tier cities to demolish the houses.
