Anbound scholars point out that among the many problems China is facing, one of the most important problems is the economy. Economic development is not only essential to the national and social development as it relates to the fundamental problem on the legitimacy of the ruling party but is also key to solving China's problems. Currently, China’s economy is in a major transition phase and it needs to seek new development models and initiatives. In the long term, the development of the economy requires marketization environment, and thus, this means a more stringent requirement for the reform of marketization in China.
