Regarding the expectation of CDB's commercialized reform in recent year, ANBOUND considers that CDB is hard to get rid off the support of national credit. China has more than one poor commercial banks that are transformed from policy-oriented banks, but there is a vacuum for a policy bank that can professionally take advantage of national credit both at home and abroad to achieve national goal. The "One Belt and One Road" project builds a platform for CDB to fully realize its ambition. Under this circumstance, it is unnecessary for CDB to remove its features of policy bank, Chinese government will still empower it with sovereign credit.
