It is difficult for China to extricate from the cycle of "treatment after pollution". China's three major economic growth areas namely Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Bohai Rim Region Development are facing serious environmental pollution problem. The environmental pollution in these three areas is worsening in conjunction of its rapid economic growth. Currently, China is at the stage of repaying the debts for causing environmental pollution.
