TPP is dominated by America and it excludes China. If succeed, its economic scale will be about 40% of global economy and make up one third of world trade volume. ANBOUND think tank scholars point out that China's strategy is to build a club dominated by itself outside of the TPP club and invites members of the latter. Then China can break the block of TPP through several bilateral free trade systems and regional multilateral trading systems. It will effectively reduce the potential impacts of TPP strategy and will also surpass the TPP.
