Be Warn of Nuclear Power Projects Great Leap in China
ANBOUND

The development of China's nuclear power projects is accelerating. ANBOUND think tank scholars point out that nuclear power projects have been at a standstill since the Fukushima nuclear disaster in Japan in 2011. However, the installation target by 2020 has not been reduced. If China is to make up for the stagnation of four years, there might be great leap of nuclear power projects in next few years. Inland nuclear power projects might be launched due to this, causing great potential risks to China’s environment and security. Besides, great economic slowdown pressure provides decision incentives for the launch of nuclear power projects which can drive investment.
