Considering that China will witness the opening of 19th CPC National Congress, ANBOUND think tank scholars view the current dilemmas in terms of politics, economy, society and cultural development. Politically, breaking the previous interest framework, implementing new governance approaches and restructuring future development model is challenged; while economically, the most profound transformation since the reform and opening-up, addition to the difficulties in social development and governing, might test the government's capacity rather than turning around the receding economy.
