In the past month, "One Belt, One Road" has more noteworthy flagship projects and major projects came into being or being promoted. ANBOUND research team believes that the “One Belt, One Road” strategy should focus on the building of a common market. Of course the strategy needs projects, but at the same time, it should include some frameworks of institutional design, construction of market rules, legal support, etc. However, now it only focuses on projects and ignores other rules construction, which brings potential risks.
