Continuously promoting urbanization is China's fixed strategy to development. ANBOUND think tank scholars thus suggest that the policy makers have to understand the negative result caused by over-urbanization when utilizing it to achieve the practical and functional targets. The counter-urbanization trend in both China and the abroad cities has concluded that urbanization is in everyone’s wish list. So we have to ask the question that whether the citizens’ needs on urban life is over estimated? Whether the provided city service has exceeded the needs? And why we firmly assume that everyone needs urbanization?
