Having developed at high speed for 30 years, in ANBOUND's view, China now is caught in the middle-income trap and faces a significant challenge of transition. In the coming 5-7 years, the government ought to capture the last golden ages to resolve the long-standing problems, such as the social insurance, institutional reform, market-oriented reform, economic transformation, personal and social wealth accumulation, or China can not climb out from the middle-income trap.
