For ANBOUND think tank scholars, the local officials now are facing dilemmas of administration due to several reasons: the central government abolishes the local's power in certain sectors, restricts the channel for expanding local debts, tightens the control over local budget, and continues the campaign on cracking corruption. In this circumstance, the local officials have to understand that the in-depth reform and innovation will be the major driver to boost China’s market in the future.
