When facing the economic new normal, the priority of government's responding strategy is considered to be promoting the in-dept reform. From the view of He Jun, ANBOUND senior researcher, the in-dept reform in China is a complex systematic project, which has to guarantee the continuity and progress of reform through retaining a firm mind over strategy and direction on one hand; while on the other hand to make the policy flexible in terms of selecting reform fields and implementation.
