China's Macro Policy Will Probably Be Further Loosened in Second Quarter
ANBOUND
China's economic growth rate in the first quarter may fall below 7%,which shows that economic downward pressure continues to grow. In the opinion of ANBOUND research team, under this circumstance, the central decision-makers have attached more attention to the risks of economic slowdown. It is rational to believe that the strength of policy to stabilize growth will increase in the second quarter and will mainly be reflected by those policies which will take effect in a short term. Measures of marketization reform will also be promoted. However, they are probably not priorities in the second quarter since they take effect in mid and long term.
