Iron Ore Subsidy Policy Can't Solve China’s Mining Problem
ANBOUND
According to some insiders, China is planning to introduce ore subsidy policy in mid-April. However, in the opinion of ANBOUND research team, great gaps exist between the costs of domestic mine and that of international leading iron ore enterprises. Shocked by the expansion of three international leading enterprises, domestic mine has totally lost the price competitiveness. The government's support in terms of finance and tax obviously can't solve the problem.
