Group innovation space (GIS), a hot word which has currently drawn attention from all parties, has been encouraged by the central and local governments through issuing a series of relative policies. ANBOUND think tank scholars believe that enterprises (especially developers) should pay attention to the operating styles of it while engaging with the construction of GIS. After all, GIS is circling people and profiting from investing on "people", not “real estate”. This determines that not every area is fitful for GIS and not every GIS is successful.
