Regarding China's money shortage issue, Anbound’s Chief Researcher Chan Kung highlighted the flaw of Monetary Policy Committee of China’s central bank whereby it is necessary to maintain sound liquidity. Instead of being over concerned towards the macroeconomics and structural problems, the central bank should aim to manage the liquidity level in order to ensure financial stability.
