As to the launch of pilot rural land reform which will, with some restrictions, promote the marketization of collectively-owned rural construction land and the exchange of rural house site, ANBOUND research team presumes it would probably become a feature of future reform by piloting a reform through adjusting laws, meanwhile it doubts the effect of this constrained reform and suggests a further breakthrough on land reform.
