According to President Xi Jinping's talk on shaping "culture self confidence" when he mentioned soft power of culture, ANBOUND research team considers that the confidence is openness, self reflection and allow the existence of different views and negotiable; a confident culture is creative, free, and more importantly, it contains a common concept of value that most of the people recognized. Reshaping the cultural self confidence is more complicated than investing economic development, in which the latter will affect the physical reality, while the former relates to the spiritual world of human being.
