Negative Growth in Foreign Trade Highlights the Pain of China's Economic Structure Adjustment

Data from General Administration of Customs show that there was an overall negative growth in China's foreign trade in January this year, which drops 10.8% year-on-year, the biggest plunge since 2010. In the opinion of ANBOUND research team, China's foreign trade will be shifting from the "ebbed old drivers" to "the newly emerging ones". During this transitional period, China will experience the hardest time for its foreign trade, and also the pain of its economic structure adjustment.
