Food security concerns the stability of a country and the welfare of posterity. ANBOUND's visiting economist Zhong Wei believes that China needs breakthroughs of notion to guarantee food security：First, food security is mainly about the security of staple food;Second, the cooperation of food reserve system and crop rotation system should be taken into consideration；Third, the structure of staple food can be properly changed；Fourth, much attention should be paid to standing order of food import；Fifth, much attention should be paid to intensive land use.
