China's processor maker Loongson is conducting a strategy of merging with AMD(Advanced Micro Devices, an American worldwide semi-conductor company). In the view of ANBOUND research team, this merger might be subject to investment reviews from American supervisors and eventually hard to be proceeded. China’s previous mergers concerning chips are mostly not involving American firms in the US market, where relevant investment reviews are hard to go through.
