China's Economy in the Later Half is Discouraging
ANBOUND

China's economic growth in the first half of 2013 has been disappointing. Taken into account the external environment and other factors such as investments, consumption and foreign trade, China’s economy in the later half is poised to grow at a slower pace. The only variable left is the bottom line for China’s economic growth rate. If the growth rate is lower than 7.5%, the policy will be adjusted. Only when the rate is lower than 7% will the macro-policy be loosened.
