Straightening Out Rules Violation Should Not Harm Market Development
ANBOUND
On 19th, the A-share market plunged. ANBOUND think tank scholars attribute this to regularization of "margin financing and securities lending businesses" by CSRC (China Securities Regulatory Commission) and standardization of commercial banks' entrusted loans by CBRC(China Banking Regulatory Commission). A-share market is not bound to fall in 2015 and while it is duty-fulfillment for regulators to regulate and reorganize market, the policy keynote should be maintained as promoting deep reforms and development of China’s capital market, including stock market.
