Substantial cost incurred due to transformation will appear in both industries and micro-economy, the eventual goal of economic transformation can't be achieved in a short term. ANBOUND think tank scholars consider large scales of infrastructure investment as a consistent major approach for a stable growth in 2015, denoting that the major task for macro-economic policies in 2015 is still to maintain growth. However, what’s different from the period of "4 trillion yuan stimulus", the current economic environment has undergone significant changes and the possibility of other overheated investments initiated by government investments is decreasing.
