Chinese Infrastructure Construction Should Be Regulated

To deal with the risks caused by economic slowdown, China accelerated infrastructure construction in 2014. ANBOUND think tank scholars point out that, under the "New Normal", investment in infrastructure construction still have irreplaceable effects on stabilizing economic growth in short term. With the investment in real estate shrank unexpectedly, increasing investment in infrastructure construction can prevent systematic risk. However, investment in infrastructure construction should be regulated and avoid putting the cart before the horse. Infrastructure construction can boost economy, but itself isn't the ultimate goal.
