The CSR-CNR Combination scheme was finally settled on December 30th. In the opinion of ANBOUND think tank scholars, combining them via administrative methods can't solve the fundamental problems, and may even cause new troubles. The combination may make the international market concerned about monopoly and may cause antitrust evaluation of relevant countries. Currently, it is necessary to pay close attention to the international market’s antitrust activities.
