For more than one year, SOEs reform has been the focus for both governments and media. Take Chongqing for example, in which the SOEs and foreign companies playing the major role is a bad signal. ANBOUND think tank scholars point out that the absence of private companies is due to their own problems, governments' ignorance and fewer incentives. The mixed ownership will be the vital part for the next round of reform on SOEs and national assets, government should actively promote private companies, and make them reform touchstone.
