Due to the Western's sanctions and oil price crash, Russia now is likely to suffer crisis. If the situation goes worse, Russia will seek for overseas assistance. So should China give Russia a hand? From ANBOUND’s point of view, based on geopolitical, economic and strategic interest, China should assist Russia to avoid collapse, and maintain China’s development interest. However, the timing for assistance is important, as well as the strength and fields, in order to avoid high cost. The best way is to take advantage of the international mechanisms, but meanwhile request certain conditions for gaining greater interest.
