According to the agreement signed by China and America last year to reduce carbon emission, China will cap carbon emissions by 2030.ANBOUND think tank scholars think that this agreement means China needs to complete urbanization and industrialization, as well as realize economic transformation and structure adjustment within 16 years. This is really a serious challenge since nowadays Chinese population hasn't reached its peak and ageing problem will get more serious. That is to say, China will simultaneously face four different kinds of pressure from carbon emission reduction, urbanization, industrialization and ageing population.
