Given the fact that infrastructure construction solely being undertaken by government is unsustainable, Chinese government is introducing a series of intensive measures to address it, demonstrating the government's urgent attempt to introduce the PPP pattern. ANBOUND research team considers that the introduction of PPP pattern into infrastructure construction can be succeeded not only through legally specified interests of private capitals, but also through social supervision mechanism which is also very important.
