The State Council decided to cancel another batch of administrative approvals including cancelling the energy development and construction plan, railway passenger and freight transportation, registration of publishers, electricity business permit and solely-owned hospitals in mainland China by Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investors. It is worth noting that the above measures by the State Council are greater move for decentralization reform.
