Due to emergent tasks of economic transformation, structural adjustment has been endowed great importance, whose role can hardly be replaced by macro control. In view of ANBOUND research team, the effect of the current macro control policies in the aspect of structural adjustment, whether in monetary or financial policies, is not obvious. By contrast, a deeper reform should become an important footstone for "adjusting structures", pushing forward the structural adjustment of the country's economy to be conducted at deeper levels.
