Failure to Reach OPEC Output Reduction Agreement Will Add More Pressure on Oil Price
ANBOUND
Judging from current situation, OPEC led by Saudi Arabia is unlikely to reach an output reduction agreement. The possibility that oil price will keep falling is growing. ANBOUND research team believes that the continuous falling oil price is obviously good news for great oil importers such as China and America since it can reduce relevant cost and bring more benefits. However, oil exporting countries such as Russia, Venezuela, and Saudi Arabia will face greater difficulties. Reduction in revenue caused by falling oil price will probably shock their finance and negative losses caused by this will increase.
