ANBOUND think tank scholars point out that negative output gap is causing devastating deflation on a global scale. Thus, global cooperation is needed to change such a prospect. Investment in backward countries and areas will be the only way to create new efficient demand. This requires governments and enterprises to take real actions, promote the transfer of industrial gradient and increase investment in software and hardware.
