ANBOUND think tank scholars think that the incoming "Hu-Gang Tong" as well as its relevant supportive policies, though not being viewed as a leap in liberalizing capital account which is more of marginal improvement, has provided enough vision for relevant reforms. Once the time is right, subsequent reforms may just be pushed forward. The “Hu-Gang Tong” will restage the story of liberalization boosting reform, which will be conducted in a more controlled and orderly way.
