Even though China's economy is slowing down but the central bank is reluctant to significantly loosen its monetary policy. It opts to push forward restructuring by fine tuning monetary policy in order to control liquidity. Anbound scholars believe that the present measures by the central bank are aligned with the government's effort to speed up economy transformation. If the economy is not further weakening, the central bank will probably maintain the current monetary policy.
