Europe has become an important strategic point of "go global" of Chinese enterprises. Many Chinese enterprises are interested in investing in Germany. ANBOUND think tank scholars believe that the reason why German can attract a great amount of investment from Chinese enterprises is its complete infrastructure. Besides, its policy environment which benefits economic development is also facilitating foreign investment. For Chinese enterprises, it is a good choice to turn to overseas market when domestic competing environment is too bad. Even though the local labor cost and regulation enforcement cost are higher than those in China, the advantages in other aspects can make up these disadvantages.
