ANBOUND think tank scholars find that Russia is short of capital and equipments at present. The serious capital problem facing Russia is the result of financial sanction. Due to the financial sanction imposed by western countries, the financial problems of Russian enterprises are severe and these enterprises have to turn to Asian markets for financing. Judging from the current situation of Russia, striking down the financial system of Russia will be the breach for western countries' sanctions.
